The latest technological innovations will be presented and the potential for new applied research, e.g. in medicine and pharmacy, will be discussed. Current challenges will be identified and their solutions explored, and the future of the technology will be considered from an interdisciplinary perspective through interactions with experts from different fields. Through this session, participants will be able to understand the latest applications in mass spectrometry imaging and gain insight into future research directions. It also aims to promote further development and innovative applications of the field.
