Important Announcements for AOMSC2025

Thank you for the many abstract submissions!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your overwhelming response to our call for abstracts, which closed on March 14. The number of submissions has far exceeded our expectations, reflecting the tremendous interest in our conference.

We are delighted to report that we have received over 500 registrations and 450 abstracts from more than 20 countries and regions, truly highlighting the international scope of our upcoming gathering.

In light of this exceptional response, the Executive Committee is currently reassessing venue arrangements and session allocations to accommodate all valuable contributions. Presenters will be notified of their specific presentation allocations by mid-April.

We are also considering the possibility of moving the poster boards to the beach for informal discussions as time permits, taking advantage of our movable display equipment. Please join us in hoping for favorable weather conditions to make this unique networking opportunity possible!

Due to venue capacity constraints, registration will close once we reach 700 attendees. Additionally, a limited number of banquet tickets remain available.

Please note that if the number of advance registrations reaches 700, on-site registration will not be available. Given these circumstances, we strongly encourage those who have not yet registered to do so promptly to secure their participation. Similarly, we recommend making your travel and accommodation arrangements as soon as possible, as Ishigaki Island has limited lodging options.
