However, as the technology becomes more complex, it also requires personnel with advanced expertise in order to take full advantage of its performance. Therefore, human resource development is becoming increasingly important. This session focuses on young researchers and hopes to provide them with opportunities to grow through discussions with their peers and experienced seniors.
